I have recently bought some of the Boots' Soap & Glory toning products (the one for arms & the one for thighs) that are supposed to help smooth and tighten skin alongside diet and exercise. A friend recommended them and I thought can't hurt to have a little extra help! ![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/tongue.png)
Has anybody else tried any of these types of products? I have to say I was skeptical but so far there does seem to be a little difference
(the arm one really burns though after you put it on!!) x
