Doing JM for 3 weeks, lost NO weight and NO inches!!

I'm halfway into week 4 of JM's Ripped In 30. I've read TONS of success stories with her DVD's so I was excited to give this one my all! First of all, I start the week of a new level kinda sucky and halfway through the week I'm doing all of the advanced moves from beginning to end (if not all advanced, about 90%). I've been killing myself doing this workout and focusing on my form CONSTANTLY!! I feel very strongly that I'm doing all of these moves correctly and to the best of my ability. I eat anywhere from 1400-1700 calories a day and I workout 6x a week with added cardio (Zumba, stationary bike 3-5x a week). I feel stronger and I feel my endurance has went up but I have lost NOTHING!!! NOTHING AT ALL!! I haven't even lost half an inch ANYWHERE!! So what is my problem? Any opinions? Advice? Thanks a billion!!
