Hi everyone I'm still new here, but concerned that my fat and fiber are over at the end of the day. I believe they are good fats because its peanut butter, nuts, and avocado's but I could be wrong. I hate to remove these things because I have a hard time reaching my calorie goals they set, these are my high cal foods. My info should be open if anyone can help. Thank you bunches

The amount of fiber is actually a recommended minimum, not maximum. My doctor recommended that I get approximately 50g of fiber a day, so it would be best to ask yours what's best for you.
I think it's more important that you meet your calorie goals than to balance your macronutrients (which are fat, protein, and carbohydrates). It's possible to have a different balance of these nutrients and still have good eating habits - as long as one of the others isn't being completely neglected, I wouldn't worry about it for now.0 -
Protein and fiber usually should be your minimums if you're using MFP numbers. I wouldn't cut the good fats either.0
