Today is my first day as a member of MFP. I am 20 years old (soon to be 21), a college student, and have a good bit of weight to lose. Hope it all goes well! I'm ready to set myself up for success!

Glad you joined! I just joined Monday. I've always tried to diet and thought about exercising but nothing really came of it. Last week Igot to thinking about getting an exercise video and just googled good workout videos for beginners. I actually chose 30 Day Shred by Jillian Micharls because of all the positives reviews from this site. Also, seen before and after pics on here and that helped motivate me to start. Now I'm determined. I need to lose 28 pounds but would love to lose 33. I'll send a friend request. If you ever need anyone to talk to, feel free to message me!0
