New here, looking for others in same situation

New here to forum. Been using MFP for the last couple of months and find it great. Weight loss not the biggest issue, just want to be healthier, leaner and fitter. 34 year old male. SW around 220 (not exactly sure). Started using MFP when i was around 205. now at around 194lb. Looking for others in similar situations for hints, tips etc. spend all day in an office and often work late so theres always the temptation to skip exercise and just watch tv and have a beer when i get home. Wondering how others handle exercise and the healthy late night snacks??
