Power Walking

I've recently been doing a power walking program. 3 miles of brisk 4m/hr pace and combining mild strength training using 3 lb weights. But there isn't any choice for power walking in the cardio exercise charts. I've been checking other places on the web and everything points to 100 cals per 10 minutes of power walking with weights. I do a 45 minute program. But I feel 450 cals is a bit much. And how do we get something new into the choice chart?

You can add your own exercise. :)

Whoops, I reread your post. When you go to the Exercise page, search for your exercise. At the bottom of the search results, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click "Add an exercise to the database."

FYI, I just did a search for "walk" and there IS a 4 mph walking entry already in the database. Just leave off the "power" of your walk search.
