Banana's 121 calories??!!

Hi. I am 25 and am looking to lose 50lbs. I thought the eating healthy part of losing weight was easy boy was I wrong. After joining this site I found although I was eating the right foods my portions were way off. I didn't know that banana's had so many calories either. Does anyone have any good low calorie fruit suggestions?

    with fruits and vegetables you also need to consider whether it is low glycemic or high glycemic. low glycemic fruits and vegetables will not spike your blood sugar and will keep it at a constant level. there are also negative calorie fruits and vegetables that when you eat them they will burn all of the calories they cost you and more. if you put in your browser low glycemic vegetables for example you will find a page that will list them for you.

    apaden4 is right.. grapes are very very VERY low in calories ( 1 grape is 2 calories) and a cup of diced cantaloupe is 54 calories
