food ideas?

So ive fallen off the wagon for about a week now and i want to jump back before it get to out of control anyway we are going on family vacation at the beginning of august and i really want to fit into a bikini this year which means I need to lose about 40 lbs but I think part of my problem with on track is i get board with the food and i don't cook for lunch or breakfast so im wondering if anyone had any quick and easy ideas?
