Skin firming creams?

I've been losing about a pound a week since January (yay!), but I'm starting to notice a bit of loose skin on my arms, boobs and legs. I'm drinking lots of water, incorporating weight training and doing everything you're "supposed" to do, but I was wondering if anyone has seen success with firming lotions and creams. Any suggestions?

    I'm not a sales rep, but I like Arbonne's skin firming cream..seems to do the trick and lighten stretch marks.
