I've been using this dvd for awhie and it's one of my favorites. It consists of two 30 minute workouts, plus a five minute warmup and five minute cool down. The first workout uses a high step, but you don't need one (though it does add to the intensity). The second is a mat workout and it's all done either standing or lying on the mat. You will need heavy and light handweights. Each sculpting section is followed by a 60 second cardio blast so your heart rate stays elevated. Again, the intensity depends on how much you want to exert yourself. You can start with the progression or just jump right in with the higher version of each move. Good overall workout.
