52 calories pancakes
Options
These are about 2.5 inches.
250g of flour
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp sugar
13g butter
1.5 cup milk
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract. Slowly add milk. Then cook like pancakes (I used a 1/8 cup measuring cup serving). Made 26 for me.
They're not as fluffy as regular pancakes though, just a heads up. More like a mix between a crepe and a pancake, which I was going for for the low calories.
