I feel I'm losing too much too fast

Today is my 15th day on MFP and adjusting to a no fast food, soda, or junk food "diet" has been pretty easy for me. I'm one of the lucky people who sometimes just has a switch go off in their head to do something.
In these 15 days I have lost 11 pounds though. From 351 to 340. I've found that when I don't eat pure junk all day, I get full a lot quicker and am full longer. I am most certainly not starving myself and I never feel weak or anything but 11 pounds in 15 days seems like a lot. Is this ok for the first 2 weeks seeing as I'm starting off at a pretty high weight? And what if it continues like this?

It's typical to lose rapidly at first especially if you have a lot to lose and eliminated all the junk food.
It's mostly water and it will slow down unless your deficit is way too high.
Keep going! You're doing great but maybe add a treat here and there so you won't go nuts and binge on all the junk you miss.
ETA-I looked at your diary and you could try to add some veggies in there for your health and to round out your meals with some color and variety.0
