I do something similar to the mini egg muffins but instead add my eggs / egg whites/ some veggies like onions and peppers and then cut up slice chicken breasts. Add all this to a small container then when I get to work mix it all together and microwave for 2.5 minutes. Quick, easy and fresh!0

My breakfast item is regular food! and not what we would consider breakfast food! Thin beef fajita strips with mushrooms and broccoli!0

Thought it might be fun to start a thread of what we've had for breakfast. Great way to get new ideas for the high protein/low carb lifestyle :happy:
Today I had:
1 whole egg and 3 whites scrambled
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 cup of onion
1/4 cup of green pepper
1 cup of raw spinach
1/4 sharp cheddar shredded cheese
What did you have??
I am rather boring and pretty much have the same thing every day for breakfast..........
3 eggs fried in coconut oil
2 slices of bacon and 1 patty of home ground breakfast sausage

4 hardboiled eggs, slice mozzarella cheese, 2-4 oz turkey and either 10 strawberries or 1 cup blueberries.0
