    This is such a monumentous Life changing opportunity. So exciting to embrace a change, and scary but admirable to do it on such a public stage. You are going to have to hold yourself accountable and that is a change in it's self. I applaude you in your efforts. Maybe you can share with us along the way what you are doing at the gym and any hurdles you are finding. Such a great group of people who have found a way to make things work. There is a ton of trial and error on her that it is nice to have great minds to pick their brains on topics.
