Fitbit question

When I have my fitbit synced with MFP do I still add my exercise/calories burned, or does the fitbit calorie adjustment do that?
Does that make sense? Haha. Thanks!

I add in any non step based activity such as weight lifting. But I add it to the fitbit website not mfp. Fitbit seems to give me a more accurate calorie count.0

I go ahead and add my workout, but with the fitbit, you have to also put in what time you started. I just got mine over the weekend and am still figuring it out, but I have noticed that it has changed the calories burned a few times and have adjusted the calories at the end of the day.0
