im exactly the same, im taking my weight loss in mini goals, and i want to lose 2 stone (28lbs) buy the end of May.
scary stuff but determined!!0 -
consistency consistency consistency. i need to do the same. id love to drop 20 lbs in two months, even tho i know how aggressive that is... and i know my weakness is the whole "well ive already cheated a little...so i might as well go all out". track every single thing, dont starve, workout. stay consistent. we can do this0

She appears already pretty slender (by profile pic). so really what she wants to do is tone. I think focusing on inches and how you fit in pants is more important than trying to lose 25 lbs.0 -
Why the deadline? What happens if (WHEN) you don't meet that goal?0

Whew. That's a lot. Seems right at the edge of what's possible.
Not saying you can't do it, but hope you aren't setting yourself up for disappointment. I would think it would take an enormous amount of will power and dedication.

Yeah I agree with the above advice. 25pounds in that short of time seems like a lot. I just want to lose 9 pounds by this time next month and feel like that's a little extreme for me. I think you should focus on gaining more lean muscle, so lifting weights will be where you need to focus on. Yes, you'll gain a little bit, but having muscle is so much sexier/hotter/better than fat!0

Losing 25 lbs you can totally do, losing it in 2.5 months, not such a healthy time frame for it. Set yourself up to lost 0.5-1 lb a week and get going.0
