Went on a health promotion course today for work. Trainer absolutely reinforced for me the reasons why weight training is not just beneficial but actually vital for women. Some of the information really shocked some of the other ladies on the course which will hopefully go some way towards changing the populations mindset in regards to women weight training!!!!! Really proud of the NHS for pushing this!!!!!!
Seeing all the benefits listed in front of me and knowing that I'm doing something which will help in so many different ways just made me feel amazing, and I think I'm in love with it even more now
