  • Oh my goodness , I had a HUGE breakfast this morning and feel like I have sinned because it was so good! But I totally haven't. All are healthy and fit in my meal plan.

    2 whole wheat waffles
    1 tbsp peanut butter (smeared between the 2 waffles)
    3 tbsp Aunt Jemima Light (only 80 cal)
    and 1 small banana sliced over top of all of it.

    Lordy that was good.

    i had

    danone creamy vanilla yogurt

    1/4 cups of instant quaker oats
    1tblsp of maplesyrup
    1/8 cup milk

    and a tea of course

    i dont remember the exact number but it came out to under 300 calories

    was rushing this morning....carmel and oats fiber one bar, coffee w/ ff french vanilla creamer and water lmbo....I'm starving!!! time for lunch!

    I had an egg white omelette stuffed with fresh spinach, tomato and onion
    1 piece of whole grain toast topped with 1/2 tbls of honey
    1 medium banana.

    I was so full I forgot to eat lunch... I didn't start to get hungry until dinner time.
