I don't have the time, nor can I afford to go to the gym. I only have 3 and 5lb weights at home.
I currently plank, do squats, walk and go jogging.
I want to build my upper body strength too.
I just want to get fit!
Any key moves that work well for people at home? Not just arms, I want all over fitness!

See if you can find anything from this post - long list.

I suggest you follow a programme or two, which gives you a good idea of the overall choreograph. You will learn specific moves but also work all muscle groups (great for overall fitness and prevents injuries).
Shape.com (magazine) has lots of moves. Nike trainer app, ifitness, etc...lots of apps out there.
Learning individual moves may not be a good starting point for reasons mentioned above. But do find some good references - it helps you to understand the anatomy and to visualize what you are working on.0 -
Push ups, Side planks, bench press, lunges, leg lifts, side leg lifts, cross leg raise abduction, bicep curls, forearm curls, dumbell back rows.....I could go on but those are I think are the best and work the most of the body.0

I'm suggesting Jillian Michaels everywhere it seems, but I have thoroughly enjoyed working out with her DVDs. 30 Day Shred is great. I use 5-lb weights for now until my weakling arms can handle more.0

Get a pull up bar, do negatives if you can't do a pull up.
Push ups: Start with the wall or an arm of couch if you can't do one flat.
Goblet squat with any heavy object in your house or outside.
Overhead press with any heavy object.
Deadlift with heavy objects.0 -

Negatives are the eccentric move of an exercise. Lowering yourself doing a push up, lowering yourself during a pull up, etc. Goblet squats are done holding a dumbbell or any weight with your arms down in front of you0 -
Resistance bands.
You can adjust them to make them stronger/weaker. My girlfriend uses them, and they can be great for many different types of exercises.0 -
