Daily or weekly

If you fancy a little treat or whatever, but you're pretty much up to your daily calorie target, do you check your weekly target and see if there's room on there?

    you lose weight weekly not daily technically. i always look at the big picture on my intake and shoot for my weekly goal.

    No. I either go over or don't, but I don't justify it with the weekly numbers. Although the next day I do.

    The other day I was hungry and already at my limit. I ate. Then, using my Fitbit, I ran in place until I earned back enough calories to be under target again.
