How many times a week am I allowed to eat bread?

            You can have bread whenever you like! As long as you are eating at a deficit of your maintenance calories you'll lose weight.

 I loved bread, pasta, breadrolls and everything else, but I cut back on it because it's pretty much empty calories to me and I decided to "spend"my calories on something more nutritious and filling. But if you really crave it, then have a piece of bread every day, as long as it fits in your calories0

 And is tiny.
 And your butter knife / peanut butter / jam / butter mash right through it because it's so thin
 Full disclosure: I mostly do not buy the stuff. I don't care that much for bread to begin with and can't control myself around it. An entire loaf would be gone in a day or two.0
