Ok im not big as in fat, I am 6"5 328 lost 12 pounds last month
. But my goal is to get to 260 but want to be toned! Like not muscular but you can you see the definition, I wanna look like Dwight Howard, hopefully lol. How exactly would I go about it? I do 60 mins of cardio and resistance training on my full body Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday, is this all I should do? Oh and I admit I dont get alot of protein.

6 months does not seem reasonable to me /:
Losing weight takes longer and longer as you get closer to your goal weight, and you have to do so slowly and carefully if you also want to maintain your lean muscle mass AND build muscle.0 -
You can do a good deal in 6 months but Dwight Howard lean is a pretty lofty goal for anyone even if you are talking years. Getting lean is as much about nutrition as it is about gym time.0
