    Technically yes. But a lot of that has to do with genetics. I would strongly recommend exercise though, there's more to life then a flat stomach.

    you dont need exercise to reduce bf%, but it sure does help (and makes it go quicker)

    ETA: ddixon, while i get the sarcasm in your answer, this could be rather dangerous advice in the event that OP (or anyone else who might visit the thread) is recovering from ED. that said, congrats on your amazing loss, dude. dayum!

    Not really, you're not going to have any muscle if you don't exercise...so it'll be squishy regardless. Abdominal muscles are also necessary for "sucking it in"...even people with flat midsections have to suck it in and flex...they don't look like that when their abdominals are relaxed
