Losing fat above butt (tailbone, lower back area)?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has dealt with some fat right above their butt, where your butt meets your lower back, more so in the middle? I think they call it sacral fat, sort of where the tailbone is. I was wondering if anyone had success during their weight loss with that area, because it seems like I always had it and it really takes away from the shape of my butt from the side, and the contour of my lower back.
I still have a lot of weight to lose and am just hoping as I continue weight loss and fat loss that it will eventually go away. I don't want to have liposuction or anything. You think building a bigger butt will help minimize the problem? I also know you can't spot reduce, just wondering if I have hope of not being stuck with it haha.
