Using Your Favorite TV Shows

This is a pretty simple idea... I'm sure someone has thought of it before... but it just hit me.
In addition to excising normally, pull an elliptical, treadmill, or stationary bike in front of your television and get moving while your favorite TV shows are on. It beats sitting down! It might even discourage snacking while watching.

I think I'll start doing this tonight when Vikings comes on!
