Where the heck do I start?

Ok so Im not sure what exercises to do.

I posted something similar but I thought to make a different post.

I weigh 118 and am 5'3". My only problem area is my stomach. Underneath my belly button is just flab. When I tighten or suck in my stomach the pudge is there, so obviously that is fat.

I work fulltime so I would prefer to work out at home, it Is just more convenient.

I was doing 30 DS, then I started doing ripped in 30, even looking up youtube videos for bikini body workouts.

Do I need to do cardio or strength?

Any programs or good youtube videos you recommend?

    Got dumbbells? Check out FitnessBlender.com for a bunch of workouts, some with weights some just body weight, some more HIIT, some yoga, pilates, etc. Great variety there, and free. If you've got a smart phone, grab the Nike Training Club app - also free, and filled with over 100 workouts from 15-45 minutes long.
