Been on MFP for almost two months now, and I have a goal to lose 30 more pounds! Anyone else hitting the gym for more than cardio? Let's be friends!

    I work out at home, but I love the weights and heavy resistance days. Even did a period of body building type training.

    I started a program on bodybuilding.com called Built by Science. I really like it, especially because it teaches you about the muscle groups before sending you off to lift the weights.
