    One more! What you can't tell with this cake, is that there's 6 layers and oodle of vanilla and chocolate cream in between. And rum. LOT'S of rum :)

    (I've really got to work on my presentation. I always just want to eat whatever I made :laugh: )

    YUM! I love cream cheese danish. I would have no idea where to even start making one from scratch.

    It's pretty simple really. Much less time consuming/labor intensive than the croissants I made a few months ago. High calorie, but worth it imo.

    At my work, we sell a cake called the classico- chocolate cake, a layer of cheesecake, and then another layer of chocolate cake...all covered with chocolate ganache! I'm more of a vanilla person, but even I love it!

    Fabulous, thanks! It doesn't look quite as difficult as I thought....I can't imagine making croissants though. I'm impressed!

    I might make it for a family do tomorrow. At least I can share it then.
