Lifting at home?

Is anyone out there lifting at home? I have just finished the book The New Rules Of Lifting For Women and I am wondering exactly what I would need to start lifting at home and what works for you?

I lift at home - I have a bench, two barbells, dumbbells, squat rack, step and about 130kgs of weight plates in varying sizes. I spent some time with a personal trainer to get my form sorted in the beginning and went from there. Hubby comes and helps occasionally too0

I am in my sixth week of NROL4W. I do it at home with dumbbells and an exercise ball that I bought at Target. I like that the book gives you modifications for dumbbells for virtually every exercise. I use the ball instead of a bench when one is called for. It is getting a little expensive since I keep buying heavier weights so if I had it to do over I might look into buying a set instead. Hope you love it like I do!0
