Losing the last bit.

I was at one point very overweight. I lost a lot of it but I have around 20-30 left to go and no matter what I do I just cannot seem to get it off. Both pictures on my profile are of me after I lost the weight and most people see me and think I should not lose any. But, when the clothes come off there it is. I workout like crazy, I run 5-10 miles a day, do P90X, Atkins all of it. I simply cannot seem to get the last part of it off. Any ideas?

Do think about making your food log open so people can help you properly. Sounds to me like you are eating more than you should but can't see.
I know it's hard the closer to goal you get. I got to goal and then decided I'm good enough so put a bit back on. Tough!0 -
