Week 3 Weigh in

Well I must say I'm a bit gutted this week been to the gym 5 times worked really hard and been under my calorie count every day and only lost 1kg, on the bright side I havent felt hungry this week and the weight is still going down. I'll have to try harder next week:ohwell:

    Hey, isn't a kg equal to over 2 pounds? That is a great week! Once you get going in this journey the loss slows down to about one to two pounds per week . . . which is perfect. This is the RIGHT way to do it so you should be jumping for joy and giving yourself a big pat on the back . . . not beating yourself up for ONLY losing 1 kg.

    Don't get too down on yourself. Plateaus happen and even if the scale doesn't show it, your body is preparing itself for what you have and are going to put it through. Your transformation isn't an instant cause-and-effect thing, but it will happen.
