Weight loss noob :)

Hi Everybody,

I'm 42 and weight has crept up on me. I used to be a rake back in the day - now i'm over 17st and I need to be around 13st.

I came across the MyFitnessPal app and downloaded it and have used it for the last couple of days and I am very impressed. I hope to really get back to my ideal weight by increasing my exercise (I work sitting down all day) and reducing my calories (I have a real sweet tooth).

Here's hoping for a great summer :)
