Lots of votes for the stair climber, I tried that once & set it too high. I busted my *kitten* & fell off of it & I haven't gotten back on it since
Oh no! You just lived through one of my worst gym phobia's!!! I haven't even tried it yet, but it looks to get a lot of votes here...may have to conquer the fear after all..0 -
Treadmill. I can walk, jog, run, and if the mood strikes, dance :laugh:0

The elliptical machine.
Years ago I borke my jaw. I could do elliptical machine months before I could do any treadmill/running/etc, since it's no/low impact. It;s been my favorite by far ever since. Very easy on the knees/feet/body since it's no/low impact.0 -

I love doing HITT on the elliptical! Okay I hate cardio but when I do have to do it that is what I pick to do.0

None. They're all boring. Go outside and enjoy some fresh air while doing something that's actually fun.0
-
Stairs if I have to do cardio machines. Booty booster!0

Treadmill. I use it mainly in the winter when I cant run outside.0
-
Sprints - so it's over fast.
I take a "rip the bandaid" approach to cardio.0 -
The pool.0

Cross ramp and the rowing machine for me. starting to like the rowing more and more. HIIT can be fun on both.0
-
The outside, training inside a gym is boring as hel.
If forced to choose, the rowing machine; combination of CV and resistance in one0 -
Stairclimber - love hate relationship...
Ugh yes. That thing is SO evil but you gotta know it works because my heart rate soars and I'm sweating by 3 minutes in haha.0 -

I do, but it's not practical for me to do it all the time because it's very hard on my joints. I do it twice a week, & steady state the other days unless I'm doing a very intense lifting day like legs. Then I just do my lifting & call it a day. Which is why I asked about steady state cardio machines.0
