Dinner before bed

I am seeing a lot regarding breakfast, but what about dinner? I go to bed early in order to get up early to do my workout. I find that I am eating dinner about an hour to 1 1/2 hours before I go to bed. I have approx. a 3 hour window between getting home from work and going to bed. There are other chores to do when I get home like dishes, packing lunch for the next day, laundry, etc.

Eat, meal timing makes no difference for weight loss.

I'd only be concern if it messes up your sleep. i.e upset stomach, needing to go to the bathroom, etc etc. Other wise it doesn't matter if you eat right before going to bed.0
