Hello I'm Niki! :) I'm 22, 5ft 4" and currently 140lb. I've been using MFP for a couple months now and have lost 8lb so far YAY! :D This is the first time I have looked at the forums. I'm looking for some friends to keep me motivated and give me some ideas for meals as well. I feel like I'm eating the same things over and over!

    Hi! You can add me if you like, I like motivating people it helps to keep me motivated, but I do tend to eat the same things everyday so I'm not sure I can help you with meal ideas...

    You can add me too. I log in everyday with both my food and exercise. I have a lot more to lose, but I've been using MFP to keep me honest and motivated.

    Is anyone trying out running as a form of exercise? I've tried to start jogging on the tredmill and I can only last 10 minutes :( tips on how to improve would be great :D
