Focus T25 Double Workouts?

Hey Peeps,

I am mid way through Beta....the only time I can workout is during the evening after work and sometimes, this is not always practical for me for alot of reasons.

So I was thinking...instead of working out 5 days a week, I was thinking of working out only three days a week but doubling my workouts on all three days.

So instead of working out Monday through Friday, I was thinking of doing double workouts on Monday, double workouts on Wednesday and double workouts on Friday, Tuesday and Thursday I would take off. Same amount of workouts (6) but being done in three days as opposed to five.

What do you guys think of this approach? Do you think I'll get the same results as opposed to working out every single day?
