Getting fit and keep it organic :)

Hi MFPers. I wanted to lay low, but decided that I need a few good, active friends to help encourage me - I love doing the same for others. I'm 31 and have roughly 25 lbs to lose. Right now I'm just tracking exercise and weight loss - though my main goal is to focus on fitness.

My diet consists largely of organic whole foods. Every week I go to a small local farmers market that sells only organic goods. I'm a big supporter of small farms/farmers. I rarely will ever buy meat/dairy products that are not directly from a trusted farmer. Would love some like-minded friends if anyone else out there supports organic eating also.
