It's about what your body is composed of!
Someone can be 120 and be "skinny fat", another can be 160 pounds and be as lean as can be.
The number on the scale is next to worthles, body composition is more important!
When I reach my body comp goal of 20% body fat, I'll still be 20 pounds overweight on the stupid BMI scale.
(Proper) Nutrition makes us lean, exercise makes us fit!
