"Prescription" Weight Loss

So I generally prefer urgent care clinics over hospitals.... hospitals are too noisy and overwhelming, so unless I need to go to the hospital for tests or something, I'll usually do urgent care (also helps because I'm horrible at taking time to schedule things)...

Anyway, the local urgent care clinic has a weight loss program which includes regular consultation with doctors/meal planning, ect... but one thing threw me off. They say the cost of the program includes medication. What kinds of medication would be part of a prescription weight loss program? If they're appetite suppressants, I could see their use and I wouldn't mind taking those as I do love good food and often don't know when to stop. But if it's anything like orlistat or some other kind of weight loss drug, I'm kinda freaked out that a medical organization would have such a program.

Has anybody else here gone through a weight loss program at their hospital/clinic that required medication? I'm going to check it out anyway.... doesn't hurt to see what the program has to offer and it could still be worth the money sans drugs.
