Hey there,
recently I have been seeing a bunch of things on Instagram about TinyTea and other weightloss tea programs..
They're all a scam, right?
The tea claims to de-bloat you.. which could be true I suppose, but there's no way JUST a special kind of tea can help you drop tummy fat right? Has anyone tried any of these programs? Have you noticed them? I do NOT want to fall into someone "get rich quick" scheme. :grumble:

And you figured this out how? I can only speak for one teatox and that is Bootea from England. I wont tell you that these teas will make you lose tons of weight because that isnt what they are there for. But they do work as a natural detox of your body. I have personally used it and yes, it did de-bloat but that was because it rid me of all the built-up toxins in my body. It also comes with a nighttime tea that cleans out your digestive system. Detoxing your digestive system occasionally is recommended by most doctors and this provides the option of doing it gently and without chemicals.
Im not trying to sell the product to anyone, just explaining my experience. I felt better all around after the teatox I did as my skin was more rejuvenated, I wasnt "backed up" digestive, and my metabolism definitely got a boost. I liked it so much I am doing it again right now. Again, this isnt some weight-loss miracle but its not a scam either.0 -
I believe your body removes all the toxins it needs on it's own.
EDIT:

The idea that your body needs help getting rid of toxins has "no basis in human biology," says Frank Sacks, MD, of the Harvard School of Public Health. Your organs and immune system handle those duties, no matter what you eat.
