5/2 spilt

I've seen some post about people doing a 5/2 day split. What exactly is that and how would that help me loss weight?

    Its a type of intermittent fasting. You basically eat very, very little two days and normally the other five. As for how it will help you lose weight, you're still on a calorie deficit, so you'll lose.

    See I thought it was that you eat good for 5 days and can have what you want the other two days, good thing I asked lol
