Macro advice regarding fat and carbs

So i set my goals according to iffym calculator
130p (26%) 224c (45%) 65f (29%)
Problem is my carbs are high and fat really low. Proteins usually on target of over.
So my question is. Is it ok aslong as my protien is on point? Or should I try harder to get my fat up/ carbs down?
My goal is to lose fat and keep my muscle i have. I'm resistance training 3 times a week to help me achieve this.
What do you guys think?

Its really personally choice. As long as you are eating in a deficit you will lose weight.
If you want to burn less sugar as fuel and more body fat and dietary fat I would suggest less carbs and more fat (the only fat I would exclude would be trans fats).
If you are happy eating carbs and want to burn sugar as fuel and eat on a more regular basis then stick to a high carb lower fat ratio.
The main thing is get enough protein. If you are a quite active person then 0.8 - 1g of protein per lb of lean mass should be sufficient.
If you are less active then you can reduce this amount.

I am trying to hit my macros. As long as it's not a big problem i think il be ok. Most of the time i do hit them but lately tuna pasta and the low carb low fat protien shake messes it up. Think I'm getting on ok.

All personal. If you are going for a certain look and carbs bloat you or make you retain water then cut them, if you can do without them and are just forcing yourself to eat them then cut them . The other side is if you need those carbs to get through the day or to complete your work outs, eat them. High Fat might make you spotty, don't do it. Either wat you're gonna burn the fat, the only difference is how you're going to feel/look on the way down. Just Make sure you hit the protein.0

Your fat is already high enough, no need to bring it up. If you just maintaining, your protein is a little high, too. If you add a couple piece of fruit to your daily routine, you could probably bring those carbs up just a bit, without eating too much fat. Plus, the fiber, water and micro-nutrients are not a bad thing to get.0

Depends on how far you are off. If your fat is say in the 40+ range you are probably fine. If on the other hand your fat is like 20 you'd need to find ways to adjust. Fat and protein are important for bodily functions and you should try to get close to them if you can.
There is always leeway and personal preference though.0 -
