why have i only just realised i love exercise??

I wish someone told me years ago how exercise makes you feel. I feel great afterwards and love the feeling of pushing myself and feeling like i have achieved something. Im doing 5 gym classes on a mon wed and fri and do more when i can. Feel like its a little addiction now and instead of just fitting it in when i can, i now fit other things around my classes! I am 160 lbs now. Beginning of jan i was 187 lbs approx :-)
