I love oatmeal with cinnamon and these low calorie whole grain english muffins I found topped with 2x Portein cream cheese that Philadelphia just launched.0

Special K ceral, Vanilla and Almond flavored, with unsweetened almond milk and a banana chopped up. Just starting my journey, but I just had that for breakfast and it was great and filled me up!!!!0

What is your favorite breakfast choice?
Honestly at the moment I don't do breakfast, but when I do crazy eggs is a fav. (3 eggs fried with some grated cheese, Instead of leaving then intact just scramble them up in the frying pan).0 -
Ground beef and cabbage with 2 fried eggs cooked in ghee. Or chorizo and butternut squash with eggs.0

Gosh, I haven't even thought about making pancakes. What a great idea! I think I can mix them up for about 75 calories each. Yummy.0 -
I usually enjoy a chocolate, peanut butter, banana smoothie with chocolate protein powder added in. Sooooo yummmmy0

I love shakes and smoothies. Especially with oatmeal! Today my smoothie was Greek yogurt, a little milk, banana, natural peanut butter, oats, and a few Splenda. Fantastic!0

oatmeal, a million times over. Its just the perfect thing. Sometimes I FORCE my self to eat total cereal, which i do enjoy, but oatmeal and me are besties.
I eat pancakes/eggs/quiches for dinner.0 -
2 slices Ezekiel Low Sodium toast each with 1/2 tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 tbsp Smuckers spreadable strawberry spread.0

I've just rediscovered breakfast since starting MFP a few months ago. I aim for 250-350 calories with:
a green smoothie (75-125 calories) plus something like:
-egg and cheese on an English muffin or half bagel
-Greek yogurt and granola
-Raisin bran and milk
-smoked salmon, cream cheese, onion, capers on a half bagel
-omelet (spinach, feta and mushrooms or ham, spinach and cheddar are my favorites)
-hard-boiled eggs
-oatmeal0 -
