Getting started on my own nutrition plan

I am going to return to a previous eating plan that I constructed for myself that seemed to work for me personally that ended up in weightloss/maintaining, body fat loss & the healthiest I've ever been! It looks like this:

1600-1800 Calories Per Day (Calorie Counting)
Clean Eating (Pre workout/Caffeine in Tea OK)
51% Raw
1 Meal Per Day with Meat

Carbs 150g (or less than)
Protein 100 – 150g
Fats: 60g
Sugar – natural and less than 30g

What are your thoughts? I have just come back from being vegetarian for the last few months as a challenge and for my own personal health reasons, so I only want to have 1 meal per day with some meat in it! But I train on a daily basis a mix of weight training and cardio. I do approx 1-2 hrs of exercise per day with one rest day from weights, and one rest day maybe from cardio on different days. If I am extremely tired I will have a complete rest day every now and then.

I am looking for people who'd like to join me on my MFP journey and add me to their page so we can support each other
