My name is Tia im 22 and 211 lbs, i guess im looking for motivation and friends to help me keep on track.. i have an 11 month old son and i want to get healthy to show him as he grows how being healthy is a great thing.. ive been over weight most of my life i havent been under 160 since 8th grade. This whole 200 thing is throwing me for a loop. Its kinda stemed from.having my son i havent had any motivationor energy so im hopeing once i start eating healthier and exersising more Ill be happier. Ive been thinking about trying out the 17 day diet it looks similar to whar i was planning on doing so.if you havw any insite on it that would be great :) thanks
