    PB2 (2 T is 45 so just do one)
Fat free cream cheese (1 T about 30)
There are sugar-free jellies around 5-10 cals and usually fiber added
Some apple butters (1 T=30 cals)
    Guacamole (1 T=25-30 cals)
    Hummus (1 T=25-30 cals)
Fat free cheese is 25 cals a slice is wanted to melt something on it
Tomato sauce can even get low sodium is around 20 cals

Apple butter. Check the particular apple butter, but most are made without added sugar and are pretty low calorie (and tasty).

Why get complicated? One pat of butter is only 36 calories, and that drenches your toast with butter. Use less than a pat!
