Help Please Sooo Confused....

Anyone that can answer me i would so thankful. Im a 5'1 in female 27yr old im eating 1200 calories a day the thing is ive notice when i log my food in mfp with 1200 it predicts im.going to gain weight in the following 5 weeks but today i logged 1300 calories and it predicted im going to lose weight??? dont understand is it that i might need more calories to.lose? i dont understand anything about net calories. Please anybody that can help.me.. Thanks in advance :-)

    If you open your diary we might be able to see what's going on here.

    OH wow.

    Ok open your diary as stated. Really try just setting your MFP weight loss goal to lose 0.5 lbs a week (just to try). Most people set it to 2lbs a week which isn't really ideal unless you are losing over 100lbs.

    Click "Settings" at the top of the page, then "Diary Settings". You want to change it to "Public" at least while this topic is active.
