Lay them on me please. Quite sick of our normal camping meals
We have A butane hot plate ( with the pot holder sprong thingys underneath) and what ever the caravan park has, though some of the stops are pure Aussie bush. Though depending on weather will more then likely be fire bans still.

I like to take packets of flavoured couscous. It's fast and all you need is hot water.

Chorizo rings don't require refridgeration and can pep up other dried food; very calorific, but I don't know if you are trying to lose or what activity you'll be doing whilst you are away. Could also add to eggs and veggies if you have them with you.

Make some flapjacks for breakfast? My son loves pancakes, so I take little bags with the dry ingredients already mixed up, so I just have to add an egg and milk.

If in a caravan, you could make a spanish omlette on the morning, put it in the fridge and slice up and eat when you get back at lunch/evening.

Jars of curry sauce to add to a pile of veggies you have sauteed? No refridgeration required for any of the ingredients, but heavy. You could also stir through or add on the side those pouches of microwave rice.

Hotdogs are a favouite, but probably one of those meals you are sick of!
