New to MFP

Hello Everyone!

I'm Brityn and am coming back to MFP after about a year. I'm a cook at heart and love revamping existing recipes to make them easier and healthier. I've started a blog of pictures and recipes that I cook everyday. It'sjust called "brityns blog". Please check it out if you're interested and give me your feedback. I usually cook at least one meal a day, so, I'll try to stay on top of updating my blog with new recipes.

I started training with a sports trainer in January and he's really brought out the drive you need to stay motivated and healthy. I started at 152 lbs and i'm down to 138....my goal is 130 by my birthday at the end of october. I'm just finally starting to get my diet really strict. It's so hard sometimes but it's the only thing that I haven't completely gotten control of and MFP is helping me do that.

I'll be entering all my recipes into the MFP recipe folder sothat it's easier to add your calories up if you do try to make them....
